Glenbrook North Baseball Camp Here's a chance to sharpen your skills and learn to play baseball the Spartan Way. The GBN Baseball Program is offering a camp for all boys currently in grades 3 through 8. It's on February 19th, at the High School. Click on the Glenbrook North graphic below for all the details.
Register by February 10th and receive a GBN Baseball Shirt. Players should be prepared to work hard and have fun! Player Evaluations Next on our calendar are the player evaluations. They're divided up by grade (your current grade). Here's the breakdown:
All of the evaluations are held in the Fieldhouse at Glenbrook North High School Important Notes Players should bring their fielders glove and wear shoes appropriate for an indoor surface - no spikes. Also, PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY BASEBALLS. It's a safety issue! No personal bats are allowed. There'll be house league bats available. Parents are welcome to stay and watch. |
Late Registration Info There's still time signup for this year's House League. We still have openings in all the age groups. Registration will stay open until either the team drafts begin on February 28th or we reach our maximum number of players in each grade. Completed registration forms & checks go to:
If you don't have a registration form, there's a printable one available through the Registration Information link in the left column. It's also beneficial to the players if they signup early enough to participate in their player evaluations. Check the middle column for those details. Any questions call Bob Schwartz at 847-863-1775. Receive League Info Via Email We have a new email system that allows us to send emails to all of our players and their families. If you'd like to be included, you have to manually enter your information. Click on the baseball mailbox graphic below. It'll take you to the signup page where you can enter the email addresses you'd like us to use.
